Zigmars is a Quality Engineering leader with over a decade of experience helping teams build quality into the product — not just test it at the end. He specialises in Holistic Testing, believes in high performing teams and whole-team quality, and practical approaches that make testing more collaborative, lightweight, and aligned with real user needs.
